At Mason Farming we grow beautiful organic beetroots in two different sizes (micro and baby) and in 3 different colours (red, candy, gold).

There are so many benefits to eating beetroots and its leaves. They are jam-packed with essential nutrients such as fibre, folate (vitamin D9), vitamin B6, phosphorous, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C. These vitamins assist in improving blood flow, lowering blood pressure and supporting the liver.

The bulbs can be eaten raw or cooked. They can be juiced, roasted in the oven, lightly steamed or pickled. You can grate and add them to a salad, blend them with Greek yoghurt for a healthy dip and cook the leaves like you would cook spinach.
